Return & Refund

Exchanges with receipts can only be made within 14 days of the date of purchase and if it is fully ready for sale. With few exceptions, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return.

Once the transaction is completed, the customer agrees to pay the price specified in the order.

From time to time, we offer various discounts through promotions. To be fair to all customers, we do not adjust prices for orders not placed during promotions. If you have further information about your order, please contact our customer service team.

Final sales, clearance items, and customs orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

Original sales receipts are required for foreign exchange transactions. If the original was purchased with a credit card, the same credit card must be presented when returning or exchanging the product.

Gift cards, special orders, discounts (including promotional items and merchandise), purchased gifts and altered jewelry are not refundable.

  • Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email detailing your return.
  • Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received and checked your tax return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your tax return. We will also notify you if you agree to the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable): If you do not receive a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for the refund to be officially announced. Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is announced. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us.

All returns should be sent to our relevant warehouse address. Please contact our customer support team to obtain the appropriate address for your order.

To initiate a return, please return your item to the address provided by our team within 14 calendar days of shipment. After shipment, please contact our customer support team to confirm the return.
